Compensation:

$115,000 - $185,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Guide clients through property tours, ensuring they feel informed and comfortable.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule and manage showings efficiently.
  • Provide timely feedback to the lead agent after each showing to enhance the client experience.
  • Assist in crafting personalized follow-up communications to nurture client relationships.
  • Engage in lead-generation activities to expand the client base and grow your network.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market to offer valuable insights.
  • Support clients in understanding the home-buying process, answering questions with clarity and care.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service, ensuring clients feel valued and informed.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in person and in writing.
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.
  • Familiarity with the local real estate market or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently, juggling multiple showings and client needs.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for scheduling and communication.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address client questions and concerns with confidence.
