A Private & Boutique style medical practice is looking for a talented phlebotomist/medical assistant .
Candidate must have :
Good organizational skills bilingual (English & Spanish)
Good conversational skills and phone etiquette is a must.
Phlebotomy certification / completion of an accredited Phlebotomy/Medical assistant training
Perform Venipuncture and capillary blood collection for patients of all ages
Knowledge of using Butterfly/Catheter for IV
Record vital signs, medical history and patient concerns
Administer injections such as Vitamin B shots etc.
Process and label specimens accurately for laboratory testing
Athletic and health conscious individuals as the primary service in our office is anti-aging medicine and nutritional supplements
Keep track of Inventory
Other tasks:
- Medical supply inventory
- Nutritional supplement inventory
- Receiving boxes and stocking cabinets
Hours: 9am to 5pm
Days: Monday - Friday
Hourly: Negotiable based on experience
Administrative Duties :
- Medical office / clinic, medical spa experience
- Practical knowledge of computer operations, EMR knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with English & Spanish
- Excellent customer service skills
- Pleasant, professional demeanor and sales oriented
- Health conscious, athletic & energetic
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Friendly and compassionate disposition
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Social media and marketing experience a plus
