We are seeking a Safety Monitor to join our Pompano Beach team. This role is essential in ensuring compliance with safety standards and promoting a strong culture of safety across our job sites.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor daily construction activities to ensure compliance with company and OSHA safety standards.

• Conduct safety inspections and audits at active job sites.

• Identify hazards and implement corrective actions immediately.

• Provide training, toolbox talks, and safety guidance to crews (in English & Spanish).

• Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, incidents, and corrective measures.

• Collaborate with project managers and field supervisors to uphold a safe work culture.

• Ensure proper use and maintenance of all safety equipment.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Fluent in English & Spanish – REQUIRED
✅ Construction experience – REQUIRED
✅ Clean driving history – REQUIRED
✅ OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification – Preferred

• Prior experience in a safety-related role in construction (roofing, waterproofing, or related trades a plus).

• Knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety best practices.

• Strong observational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to travel locally to job sites as needed.
