What You'll Be Doing
- Leading field operations on complex commercial roofing projects.
- Managing foremen and crews to meet safety and production goals.
- Coordinating labor, materials, schedules, and vendors to stay on track.
- Partnering with PMs, coordinators, and clients to drive successful outcomes.
- Representing the company in site meetings with GCs, engineers, and owners.
- Enforcing OSHA, jobsite standards, and strict safety protocols.
- Solving challenges in real-time to keep projects moving forward.

What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Roofing Superintendent.
- Strong expertise in single-ply, asphalt, metal, BUR, and hot/cold-applied systems.
- Proven success leading secure, complex, or high-spec projects (hospitals, government, industrial).
- Previous experience managing projects in Florida and strong understanding of Florida-specific safety regulations highly preferred.
- OSHA 10/30 certification with a demonstrated record of safe project delivery.
- Valid driver's license and eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Willingness to travel (regional 50%+; nationwide full travel).
- Spanish-speaking a plus.
