Siegfried Rivera has an immediate opening for an experienced Construction Litigation Attorney. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ litigation experience. State and Federal trial experience is required. This is an exciting career opportunity to join a well-established firm. All submissions will be handled confidentially.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to review and analyze cases effectively
- Draft and edit pleadings
- Attend hearings, depositions, mediations and trials in state and federal court
- Manage cases and meet client expectations effectively
- Build trusting relationships with clients
- Meet annual billable hour requirements and record time efficiently
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admission to the FL State Bar
- 3-5 years of litigation experience
- Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of litigation cases from inception to trial
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills, have attention to detail and be able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Be proactive and a self-starter
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be an excellent team player and personable
- Strong academic credentials
