The results are clear—our agents consistently close 2-3 transactions per month within their first 90 days, supported by high-quality leads and expert coaching. Our onboarding process is crafted for swift success. In your first five days, you'll engage in lead nurturing, advanced buyer/seller presentations, and transaction expertise, ensuring you're fully equipped to excel from the start.
Who We're Looking For:
We seek licensed real estate professionals who close at least 5 transactions per year and are eager to amplify their success.
The ideal candidate will possess:

- Proficiency in preparing purchase agreements and listing contracts
- Strong skills in property valuation and market analysis

Pay: $48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year
Benefits: Flexible schedule
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Self-determined schedule, Weekend availability
