HONC Destruction is seeking a Heavy Equipment/Truck mechanic.

Responsibilities

1. This is a skilled position involving making repairs to and maintaining construction/demolition equipment. Equipment includes light/heavy trucks, excavators, skid steers, bulldozers and trailers.
2. Operate and inspect equipment to diagnose defects.
3. Dismantle devices to gain access to and remove defective parts using hand tools.
4. Repair and/or replace defective parts.
5. Follow policies for tracking and purchasing parts.
6. Repair trucks in accordance with D.O.T. regulation.
7. Leadership and Teamwork to keep fleet and job site equipment moving

Qualifications

1. 2 years experience or certification with diesel trucks and various heavy equipment.
