Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Job Description:

PrideStaff is partnering with a manufacturing company who is seeking an Industrial

Maintenance Mechanic. The Industrial Maintenance Mechanic will utilize hand and power tools to diagnose and repair manufacturing equipment as well as maintain detailed records of all tasks performed. The ideal Industrial Maintenance Mechanic has multiple years of experience inspecting, testing, diagnosing, repairing, and or replacing factory equipment using a variety of hand and power tools while keeping detailed notes of each task performed.

The Industrial

Maintenance Mechanic

is a full time, temp to hire position in Riviera Beach, FL.

Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform Preventative Maintenance to Ensure Machinery & Equipment is Working Properly

• Inspect & Test Equipment to Diagnose Problems

• Repair & Replace Worn or Broken Parts

• Operate Hand & Power Tools to Complete Repairs

• Work With Engineers to Evaluate Equipment Performance

• Maintain Maintenance Records

• Follow All PPE & Safety Guidelines

Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Requirements & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required

• 2+ Years of Manufacturing Machinery Maintenance Experience Required

• Ability to Safely Operate Tools

• Strong Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting Skills

• Attention to Detail & Document Maintenance Records Accurately

• Effective Communication & Teamwork Skills
