Do you thrive turning early concepts into buildable solar projects? At WECTEC Staffing Services (a wholly owned subsidiary of Westinghouse Electric Company LLC), we champion diverse talent to advance clean energy. Join our Early‑Stage Solar E&C team as a Level 1 consultant and help move projects from Screening and Diligencing through the Early‑Stage Pipeline toward a seamless handoff to Late‑Stage Project Management.
Is this you?
- Can you break down complex technical and financial data to uncover the variables that matter?
- Do you enjoy coordinating permitting and development tasks, liaising with subject matter experts, and facilitating Engineering to resolve issues?
- Are you comfortable supporting capital budget approvals and assisting with commercial negotiations and contract execution?
- Do you like building preliminary construction plans and schedules and hunting for optimization opportunities?
- Are you adept with software tools to manage critical data and deliverables in a fast-moving environment?
What you’ll do
- Deliver projects that are technically feasible, schedule appropriate, commercially supported, and financially viable
- Analyze technical/financial datasets to identify trends and indicators for decision-making
- Support permitting and development, coordinate SMEs, and facilitate Engineering engagement
- Contribute to capital budget activities and support negotiations/execution of commercial contracts
- Use a variety of software applications to maintain data integrity and meet deliverable timelines
- Assist the Solar Regional Lead Project Manager with day-to-day tasks that keep the team organized and ready
Role details
- Onsite in Juno Beach, FL
- 1‑year W‑2 contract assignment
- Reports to: Solar Regional Lead Project Manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Engineering
- Up to 5 years of experience
- Proven ability to perform in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced setting
- Strong financial and data analysis skills
- Preferred background: construction, energy industry, and/or solar

Compensation and benefits
We believe in transparency and equity. Estimated base pay: $50.00/hr. to $55.00/hr., commensurate with experience, qualifications, and skills.
