Our fast-growing team has lots of leads, and we need sales agents to help us handle those leads. We provide a comprehensive training program as well as excellent marketing tools and administrative support. Compensation:
$70,000 - $138,500 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
- “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
- Follow-up with leads to increase sales
- Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
- Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
Qualifications:
- Must be a High School Graduate and at least 18 years old to be able to get your Real Estate License!
- Must be tech-savvy!
