Full-Time | Permanent
Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Rotating Weekends)

Pay & Incentives

• $22.66 – $30.54/hr (based on experience)

• Evening Differential: +$1.45/hr

• Night Differential: +$2.50/hr

• $15,000 Sign-On Bonus

• Relocation assistance available (case-by-case)

Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) for an acute care hospital laboratory. This role supports adult, pediatric, and critical care patients. Open to experienced MLTs and new graduates with strong clinical training.

Responsibilities

• Perform lab testing in chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, and immunology

• Report accurate lab results and communicate critical values

• Handle and process specimens properly

• Maintain lab equipment and quality standards

• Follow hospital policies and safety guidelines

Requirements

• Active Florida MLT Generalist License (or near completion)

• MLT Certification (ASCP, AMT, CPT, or equivalent)

• High School Diploma or GED

• Associate’s Degree preferred

Experience

• Hospital lab experience preferred

• New grads considered with strong clinical rotations or lab experience
