Experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

Location: North Palm Beach, FL
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join their team in either North Palm Beach. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of real estate transactions, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to support attorneys in all aspects of commercial real estate work.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist attorneys in preparing, reviewing, and managing commercial real estate documents, including leases, purchase agreements, subleases, assignments, amendments, and closing documents.

· Conduct due diligence, including title searches, survey reviews, and regulatory compliance checks.

· Coordinate closings, escrow, and title matters with clients, lenders, and title companies.

· Maintain and organize transaction files and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.

· Assist with real estate litigation support when necessary.

· Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties to facilitate smooth transactions.

· Support multiple transactions simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications:

· Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a commercial real estate paralegal.

· Strong knowledge of Florida real estate laws, commercial leases, and transactional procedures.

· Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

· Proficiency with document management systems, Microsoft Office, and legal research tools.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, in-person environment.

· Detail-oriented and highly reliable.
