HiFyve is hiring a Field Service Installation Technician in Ocala, FL!
- Monday – Friday

Job Responsibilities:
- Installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining company equipment
- Use a combination of mechanical and electrical skills to troubleshoot equipment problems.
- Lead the assembly and installation of equipment
- Precisely maintain, install, and test mechanical and electrical components
- Plan and execute installations while adhering to specifications and industry regulations.
- Interact with customers, providing exceptional support, installation services, and training.
- Preparing equipment to go out to client sites
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues
- Providing customer training on equipment usage and reviewing the product manual
Skills/Abilities:
- Proficient in electrical and mechanical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Skilled in using tools and techniques relevant to mechanical and electrical work.
- PLC knowledge required
- Ability to interpret complex mechanical blueprints and electrical schematics.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a proven track record of multitasking and problem-solving.
- Culturally sensitive with the ability to handle diverse tasks seamlessly.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
- Customer service experience strongly preferred
- Ability to travel up to 70% Monday – Friday
