We’re seeking a Physical Therapist with lymphedema experience or CLT certification to join a clinician-led team focused on high-quality, patient-centered care. This role offers flexibility, manageable caseloads, and the chance to specialize in a growing area of physical therapy.

Physical Therapist (PT) Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with lymphedema and lymphatic disorders
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on care and ongoing patient education
• Complete documentation and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
• Maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines

Physical Therapist (PT) Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license
• CLT certification preferred or demonstrated experience treating lymphedema patients
• Home health experience preferred
• Comfortable with electronic documentation
