Employment Type: Full-Time | Local W-2 or Travel Contract Options
Pay Range: $45$52/hour (Based on experience, licensure, and employment path)

Blazer Jobs is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time school-based position in Niceville, FL for the 20252026 school year. Employment Options

Local W-2 (Blazer Jobs): School-year placement (AugustMay), weekly pay based on experience, full benefits (health, dental, vision), 401(k) with employer match, CEU reimbursement and professional development, dedicated school support team
Travel W-2 or 1099: Flexible contracts (semester or 412 weeks), weekly gross $1,650$1,950+, tax-free stipends for housing and meals (if eligible), travel and licensure reimbursement, multistate licensure support available

Key Responsibilities

Conduct speech and language evaluations for students K12
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
Provide direct therapy services in both group and one-on-one settings
Document student progress and maintain compliance with school/state requirements
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success

Requirements

Active Florida SLP license (or eligibility)
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
ASHA CCC-SLP preferred (CFs encouraged to apply)
Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
Ability to pass background check and fingerprinting
