With over 90 locations throughout Florida, we are committed to delivering a premium customer experience. Our team of trained wireless experts is focused on providing valuable solutions to meet the wireless needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of Wireless Sales Associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Provide training and support to team members on wireless products, services, and customer engagement techniques.
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance productivity and service quality.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment that encourages collaboration and professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Proven experience in retail management or team leadership, preferably in the wireless industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with team members and customers.
- Ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve performance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements:
EDUCATION and/ or EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet/ exceed sales quotas.

SALARY/ BENEFITS:
- Base Salary Range: $13.00 hourly
- Base + Commission (Hourly Pay and Commission Paid Weekly)
- Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Benefits are eligible after 60 days
