Job Description
Miami's premier luxury residential home builder is looking to add a motivated and experienced superintendent to their construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in ground-up new construction with luxurious interiors.
Responsibilities
- Experience overseeing daily operation of construction projects for high-end, ground-up custom homes - from mobilization to final handoff
- Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed
- Communicate progress with site project coordinators and subcontractors
- Manage subcontractors and construction site organization
- Conduct daily inspections, ensuring flawless execution, site safety, and cleanliness
- Manage construction team including Procore daily logs, manpower reports and jobsite laborer hours
Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of experience in high-end, ground-up residential projects
- Familiarity with regulatory construction standards
- Strong technical knowledge of residential systems, sequencing, and finishes
- Comfort using schedules, Microsoft Office, and Procore experience a plus
- Coordinate requests from clients, architects, and design consultants
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record
- English and Spanish a plus
