Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Workday System Analyst to join their team! This position is located in Miami, Florida.
Duties:
- Configure and support Talent Management and Performance cycles within Workday, including setting up annual cycles for different employee types
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by business users
- Partner with reporting and IT teams to provide clear requirements for integrations
- Attend regular meetings with business stakeholders to address upcoming changes and needs
- Collaborate with team members on configuration tasks to ensure effective teamwork and shared ownership
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (highly preferred)
- Demonstrate knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field
- Possess strong expertise in system analysis and workflow management
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
- PMI – Project Management Professional (PMP)
- PMI – Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)
- Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA)

The approximate pay range for this position is between $32.00 and $46.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
