Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee and coordinate our luxury and custom home construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple luxury home construction projects simultaneously.
- Develop project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to verify quality and progress of work.
- Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the project.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of luxury and custom home construction processes.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Familiarity with design-build construction methods.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
