Job Summary
We are seeking a Bilingual Dock Auditor / Quality Inspector to join our team. This role focuses on auditing and inspecting completed pallets while also supporting logistics and administrative functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work independently, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
You will be responsible for auditing shipments, performing quality inspections, verifying pallet integrity, and assisting with dispatching and documentation. This position requires bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, as well as hands-on experience with pallet jacks.
Key Responsibilities

Audit completed pallets for accuracy, labeling, and compliance

Perform quality control checks to ensure product integrity and shipment standards

Route and dispatch shipments in alignment with logistics schedules

Audit and manage shipping/receiving documents for accuracy and compliance

Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and reporting

Communicate with customers and carriers to resolve shipping or delivery issues

Assist warehouse team with pallet movement and organization (using pallet jack)

Use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for tracking and reporting

Multitask effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Requirements

Willingness and ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, pallet movement)

Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or quality control preferred

Must be available to work Sundays (required schedule: Sun–Thu, 8:00 AM until completion)
Pay:
$16.00 per hour
