About the Role

As a Litigation Attorney, you will represent employers and insurance carriers throughout Florida in workers’ compensation claims. This position requires sound judgment, strong litigation and research skills, and the ability to analyze complex legal issues. You’ll also gain valuable exposure to client interaction and business development, with support from a firm that values mentoring and professional growth.

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed attorney in good standing with The Florida Bar

  • JD from an accredited law school

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong persuasive writing and advocacy skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently and as part of a team

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a digital environment

  • Prior experience in insurance defense or workers’ compensation preferred, but not required – we will train the right candidate
