<li>Rate: $325/hr</li>
<li>Location: Near Fort Myers, Florida</li>
<li>Annual Volume: 26,000</li>
<li>Coverage:
<ul>
<li>Physician: 7a-7p and 7p-7a</li>
<li>Support: 13-22 hours per day of APP coverage</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Call: N/A</li>
<li>EMR System: EPIC</li>
</ul>
 
Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Certification: Board Certified in EM, IM, or FM with minimum 2 years of recent ER experience</li>
<li>License: Active Florida upon presentation</li>
<li>Life Certifications: ATLS, ACLS, BLS, PALS</li>
