Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) position is available in Fort Myers, FL, supporting multiple elementary and middle school locations. This contract role runs from January 5, 2026, through June 1, 2026, with a 37.5-hour workweek.

Key responsibilities include managing a caseload of approximately 50-55 students in elementary and middle school settings, providing speech and language support under the supervision of certified speech-language pathologists. The role involves working across various campuses including Veterans Park Academy for the Arts PreK-8, Harns Marsh Elementary, Mirror Lakes Elementary, Oak Hammock Middle, and Estero High School.

Qualifications and experience:

• Active Florida Department of Health SLPA license is required
• Experience working with school-aged children in elementary and middle school environments
• Ability to manage a substantial caseload effectively
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to work on-site at assigned school locations
