Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Behavior Specialist with BCBA licensure is sought for a K-12 educational setting located in Fort Myers, FL. This contract position runs through the current school year, providing the opportunity to support a diverse student population across multiple school sites. The role focuses primarily on delivering specialized behavioral interventions and supports for students, including those in autism classrooms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavioral plans for students K-12.
Provide direct behavioral interventions and data collection to improve student outcomes.
Collaborate with educators, families, and related services to support student progress.
Train staff on behavior management strategies and best practices.
Maintain detailed documentation and adhere to ethical and professional standards.

Desired Qualifications:

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensure required.
Experience working in school settings, preferably with diverse age groups.
Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
