About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Office Manager to drive sales and oversee the daily operations of our thriving medical spa. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with clinical experience who wants to grow into a leadership role while driving business growth and ensuring exceptional client experiences.
Position Overview
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Pembroke Pines, FL
Compensation: $50,000-$70,000 + performance bonuses
Schedule: Monday-Saturday with one day off during the week
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day spa operations including scheduling, staff coordination, and facility management
- Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and supply ordering
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements
- Maintain equipment and facility standards
- Handle payroll, administrative tasks, and operational reporting
Sales & Marketing
- Develop and execute marketing strategies including digital campaigns and referral programs
- Drive membership sales and service package upgrades
- Coordinate promotional events and community outreach
- Manage social media presence and online reputation
- Train staff on sales techniques and service upselling
Client Experience
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client concerns
- Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery
- Build strong client relationships to foster loyalty and retention
- Manage client feedback and implement improvements
Team Leadership
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise spa staff
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching
- Create staff schedules and manage coverage
- Foster a positive team environment and professional development
- Lead by example in customer service and sales performance
Required Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- Proven sales experience with demonstrated results
- Clinical background (aesthetician, medical assistant, nurse) or related medical spa certification
- Minimum 3+ years of management experience in spa, wellness, medical, or hospitality settings
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and scheduling software
- Ability to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in medical aesthetics or wellness industry
- Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and services
- Marketing and digital campaign experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Bilingual capabilities (Spanish/English preferred)
