Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee and manage the construction of luxury custom homes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations on construction sites for luxury custom home projects
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction staff
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and team members
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address issues
- Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of luxury custom home construction processes
- Excellent leadership and project management skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelors degree in construction management or related field preferred
