What You’ll Do

• Run daily field operations & subcontractor coordination

• Ensure projects stay safe, on time, and within budget

• Manage site logistics, inspections & quality control

• Be the on-site leader driving project success

What We’re Looking For

✔ 7–10+ years as Superintendent on $30M+ ground-up projects
✔ Strong field leadership & problem-solving skills
✔ Experience with Bluebeam, MS Project or P6 a plus
✔ Proven track record delivering high-quality projects

Compensation: Base salary $120K–$140K plus a highly competitive bonus structure paid both quarterly and annually.
