Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide specialized behavior support within K-12 schools in Naples, Florida. This full-time, contracted position (CSY) offers the opportunity to work on-site across various school locations serving diverse student populations, including those in specialized autism classrooms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and oversee behavior intervention plans for students with autism and other behavioral needs.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior support strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with school staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
  • Provide training and guidance to educators and support personnel on behavior management techniques.
  • Monitor and document student progress, ensuring compliance with district standards and licensure requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA licensure is mandatory.
  • Experience working within K-12 educational settings preferred.
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and autism interventions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to adapt caseload and assignments based on varying school site needs.

Position Details:

  • Location: Naples, FL.
  • Schools assigned may include Lake Park Elementary (two IBI2 autism classrooms) and Barron Collier High School, among others.
  • Contract duration: January 5, 2026 through May 28, 2026.
  • Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.
  • On-site work required; remote or VOCO options are not available.
