Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide specialized behavior support within K-12 schools in Naples, Florida. This full-time, contracted position (CSY) offers the opportunity to work on-site across various school locations serving diverse student populations, including those in specialized autism classrooms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and oversee behavior intervention plans for students with autism and other behavioral needs.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior support strategies.
- Collaborate closely with school staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
- Provide training and guidance to educators and support personnel on behavior management techniques.
- Monitor and document student progress, ensuring compliance with district standards and licensure requirements.
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA licensure is mandatory.
- Experience working within K-12 educational settings preferred.
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and autism interventions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt caseload and assignments based on varying school site needs.
Position Details:
- Location: Naples, FL.
- Schools assigned may include Lake Park Elementary (two IBI2 autism classrooms) and Barron Collier High School, among others.
- Contract duration: January 5, 2026 through May 28, 2026.
- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.
- On-site work required; remote or VOCO options are not available.
