Your role

• Oversee all on-site operations, including safety, materials, and equipment, ensuring smooth and efficient project execution.
• Prepare and submit daily reports while maintaining clear communication with clients and general contractors.
• Ensure foremen and crews complete projects on time, maintaining quality and budget standards.

Requirements

• Bilingual is essential
• Strong knowledge of Commercial Roofing Systems
• 5+ Years as a Commercial Roofing Superintendent, with hands-on experience as a roofer.
