Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

At Waypoint Property Inspections, we are seeking a licensed Home Inspector with a passion for building strong, trusted relationships with our Real Estate partners in the SW Florida market.

Join a company composed of great talent and high performers, surrounded by a strong and healthy culture that’s made Waypoint Property Inspections an industry employer of choice!

We have a proven track record of keeping our inspectors’ schedules busy! We are looking for a candidate who aligns with our culture and delivers the highest-level service to our agents and clients. If you are a current home inspector who loves the inspection but not the other parts of the business and want to be doing more inspections than you currently are, CHI is the right fit for you. CHI is part of the LaunchPad family, which is the largest home inspection company in the country. CHI is growing fast and is creating a path for a better future for our team members. This position offers significant potential and opportunities for growth as we expand across the country.

Our home inspectors are the face of our organization and represent Waypoint's culture, values, and mission while engaging with clients and agents. We put in the work behind the scenes to make our organization the best, but it is our home inspectors that “run the ball over the goal line”. As a Waypoint inspector, you will have a significant impact on our clients' home-buying decisions.

Join a team of the best home inspectors in the industry.
