We are seeking a Bilingual (ENGLISH & SPANISH) Automotive Service Advisor with expertise in German cars to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for German automotive engineering and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with scheduling service appointments and vehicle inquiries
- Provide accurate and detailed information about German automotive services and repairs
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Upsell additional services and products to customers
- Maintain customer records and follow up on service satisfaction
Requirements:
- Experience in automotive customer service or sales
- Knowledge of German automotive brands and their service requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Attend continuing education programs provided by Employer
