⦁\t2+ years of Case Management experience required.
⦁\tShift: 0800-1630 Monday-Friday.
⦁\tWeekend requirement is one weekend shift a month.
⦁\tRN License required, BLS required.
⦁\tCare Management certification (AMC or CCM) preferred.
⦁\tWill be required to float to sister campuses as needed.
⦁\tDEGREE ACCREDITATION MUST BE ON PROFILE or MUST HAVE 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE.
