Your Impact on the Team
Step into the role of Chemical Manufacturing Operator for our morning shift—Monday to Friday, starting at 5:00 am. Here, you will gain hands-on experience in quality control, changeovers, and the operation of blending/batching systems managing hazardous chemicals. Your role will include vigilant compliance with OSHA safety guidelines and maintaining stringent documentation standards integral to the production workflow.
Core Duties in This Role
- Conduct thorough quality checks routinely
- Manage continuous chemical processing operations
- Ensure adherence to waste disposal guidelines
- Enforce all applicable OSHA safety protocols
- Generate precise and timely production documents
- Follow batch processing guidelines meticulously
- Utilize math skills to oversee operations
Qualifications Required
- GED or high school diploma
- Minimum of three years in a processing role
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong math background
- Past emergency response involvement
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to work in potentially hazardous conditions
- Willingness to utilize protective gear
Physical Demands:
- Capability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to climb ladders regularly
- Manual dexterity for equipment tasks
- Endurance for standing extended hours
