The Technical Part:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering and at least five (5) years of experience in Project Management within the Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
- Bilingual: English and Spanish (verbal/written).
- Experience in:
- Project Management life cycle: Project Planning & Scheduling, Budget & Cost Management, Team Leadership & Coordination, Quality Control & Safety Compliance, Stakeholder Management, Risk Management and Project Close-Out.
- Managing construction projects from beginning to end.
- Projects primarily focus on utilities and infrastructure projects.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, regulations, and industry best practices.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline project scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Coordinate the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors necessary for project execution.
- Prepare cost estimates, monitor project budgets, and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Continuously update the project cash flow and communicate any potential risks as needed.
- Review and approve invoices, change orders, and other financial documentation.
- Implement cost-saving measures and value engineering solutions to enhance project profitability.
- Lead and manage on-site project teams, including subcontractors, laborers, and site supervisors.
- Foster a collaborative and efficient working environment, ensuring clear communication among all stakeholders.
- Conduct regular team meetings and site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality standards are met.
- Enforce safety protocols on-site to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and address any quality control issues that arise during the project.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular progress updates, manage expectations, and resolve any concerns or issues.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Consistently update the project tracker to accurately communicate all project details.
- Identify potential project risks and implement strategies to mitigate or resolve them.
- Proactively address project delays, disputes, or conflicts to ensure the project stays on track.
- Ensure all necessary inspections, permits, and documentation are completed at project close-out.
- Conduct a final review of the project with the client, ensuring satisfaction and completion of all deliverables.
- Coordinate the handover of the project to the client or facility management team.
