We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Administrator to support our operations and ensure accurate, timely billing.
Job Summary
The Billing Administrator is responsible for preparing invoices, processing payments, managing accounts receivable, and supporting administrative functions related to billing and customer accounts within our plumbing division. This role is essential in maintaining smooth financial operations and positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and process customer invoices for plumbing services
- Review work orders, service tickets, and contracts for billing accuracy
- Post payments, track outstanding balances, and follow up on overdue accounts
- Handle billing inquiries from customers professionally and promptly
- Maintain accurate billing records and documentation
- Coordinate with technicians, dispatch, and management regarding job details
- Support general office administration as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in billing, accounts receivable, or office administration (construction or plumbing industry preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with accounting or invoicing software (Service Titan knowledge is a PLUS!)
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
