About the Role:
The Grader position plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our products. This position involves evaluating and grading products based on established standards, which directly impacts customer satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs., ability to stand for prolonged periods, lift, bend, twist, squat, reach and grasp.
• Ability to take directions and work as a team.
• Must be able to work in a refrigerated environment from 35º F to 50º F depending on the product we are repacking.
