Job DescriptionJob Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Specialist to manage warranty cancellations and related billing processes for a busy automotive operation. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, a customer-focused mindset, and experience in automotive finance or warranty administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process warranty cancellations and ensure accurate billing adjustments.
  • Review and reconcile warranty contracts and cancellation requests.
  • Communicate with dealerships, customers, and warranty providers to resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all billing transactions and cancellations.
  • Generate reports and summaries for internal audits and compliance.
  • Collaborate with finance and customer service teams to ensure timely resolution of billing issues.
  • Adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines related to automotive warranties.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting or business preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive billing, warranty processing, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); experience with dealership management systems (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.



Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
