Riviera Beach, FL | Full-Time
Salary: $70,000–$90,000 (DOE) + Full Benefits (Medical, Dental, PTO, 401(k))
A well-established marine, boating, and yacht parts distributor/retailer is hiring a hands-on General Manager / Branch Manager to lead a combined retail counter and warehouse/distribution operation. This is an operations-first leadership role with customer-facing responsibility.
Schedule / Store Hours

Monday–Friday: 7:30am–6:00pm

Saturday: 7:30am–5:00pm

Sunday: 8:00am–4:30pm
(Manager schedule may rotate/adjust based on coverage needs.)
What You'll Do

Lead daily operations across marine retail counter sales and warehouse/logistics

Oversee inventory control: receiving, stocking, cycle counts, accuracy, and fulfillment

Improve workflow, organization, and operational efficiency

Coach, schedule, and hold staff accountable to service and productivity goals

Maintain merchandising, pricing accuracy, and front-of-house organization

Ensure strong customer service and product support (trade and retail customers)

Maintain safety and compliance across retail and warehouse areas
Must-Have Experience (Required)
-
Marine retail, marine parts, or marine distribution experience

Leadership in a parts counter, branch/store, warehouse, or distribution environment

Working knowledge of inventory control, receiving/shipping, and order fulfillment
Preferred (Nice to Have)

Experience with marine hardware, coatings, electrical/electronics, rigging, or engine parts

POS and inventory systems experience
