What You'll Do:

Lead daily store operations, ensuring top-tier customer service

Hire, train, and develop staff

Drive sales and profitability

Maintain safety and compliance standards

What We're Looking For:

✔ 18+ years old, HS diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license

✔ Sales & customer service experience (leadership experience preferred)

✔ Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills

Schedule:

Mix of days, evenings (up to 8 PM), and weekends
