Schedule: Full-Time | 6:00 AM 6:00 PM | Rotating Weekends

NorthBay Home Health is seeking compassionate and skilled Respiratory Therapists to provide one-on-one, in-home care to patients with complex respiratory needs. This is your opportunity to deliver high-quality care in a calm, supportive environment during daytime hours.

What You'll Do:

As a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT), youll work closely with patients and families to deliver customized care plans, monitor progress, and provide education that empowers long-term respiratory health.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-home respiratory assessments and develop individualized care plans
Manage and operate ventilators, oxygen therapy, nebulizers, and related equipment
Monitor and document changes in patient condition
Educate families and caregivers on respiratory care techniques and equipment use
Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and care teams to ensure quality outcomes
Participate in emergency evacuations as needed

Requirements:

Florida RRT license or CRT license with 10+ years of experience
Current BLS/CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
Recent TB test and physical (within 1 year)
At least 2 years of experience in respiratory therapy (acute care preferred)
Excellent clinical, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to work independently in the home health setting
Experience with ID/DD patients (preferred)
