About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Night Audit Supervisor to join our team in Mizner, 12. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the nightly operations of our hotel, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial transactions, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. As a Night Audit Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our hotel during the overnight hours.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a hotel or hospitality-related field
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work overnight shifts and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Certification in hotel management or related field
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the nightly operations of the hotel, including the front desk, accounting, and housekeeping departments
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all financial transactions, including balancing daily revenue and expense reports
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the overnight hours
- Supervise and train staff members to ensure they are performing their duties effectively and efficiently
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff, following all hotel policies and procedures
Skills:
As a Night Audit Supervisor, you will utilize your strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities to oversee the nightly operations of our hotel. You will communicate effectively with guests and staff, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
