Job Description
Bluebird Staffing is hiring Pediatric Psychologists in Southwest Florida. In addition to the base salary there are opportunities for a SIGN ON bonus and RELOCATION assistance!
The psychologists will provide evidence-based outpatient treatment to children, adolescents, young adults, and families from ages 5 to 21.
Qualifications:
- Ph.D. or Psy.D. from an APA accredited doctorate program with completion of an APA accredited internship in counseling, school, or clinical psychology
- 1-year post-doctoral training under supervision of a licensed psychologist
- Strong practice of evidence-based assessment and treatment including diagnostic interview, standardized measures, conceptualization, diagnostic impressions, interventions, and interprofessional collaboration
- Multicultural training and competencies
- Licensed or licensed-eligible in the state of Florida
Responsibilities:
- Standardized assessment of cognitive, executive, social, emotional, and/or behavioral functioning
- Evidence-based treatment modalities in individual, family, and/or group formats based on diagnostics
- Crisis management and safety planning
- Collaboration with other health professionals
- Care coordination with schools
- Education outreach in the community
