Responsibilities
- Work Zillow-provided buyer and seller opportunities using our systems
- Follow structured lead response, follow-up, and conversion processes
- Participate in scheduled training, coaching, and role-play sessions
- Maintain high professional and ethical standards
- Track activity and performance metrics consistently
- Represent the Next Steps Group brand with professionalism and integrity
