Responsibilities

  1. Work Zillow-provided buyer and seller opportunities using our systems
  2. Follow structured lead response, follow-up, and conversion processes
  3. Participate in scheduled training, coaching, and role-play sessions
  4. Maintain high professional and ethical standards
  5. Track activity and performance metrics consistently
  6. Represent the Next Steps Group brand with professionalism and integrity
