As a Customer Support Automation Specialist, you'll work at our customer's location in Orlando, FL, serving as a vital conduit between various departments like engineering, sales, and product groups. Your expertise will also support our embedded Rockwell Engineering team.
Core Functions:
- Solve technical obstacles by troubleshooting RA products including PLCs, HMIs, and motor control.
- Maintain system integrity through updates and backups.
- Assist with minor project tasks, aiding team efficiency.
- Ensure timely repair management for Allen Bradley Components.
- Provide status updates for repaired assets and assess inventory needs.
- Lead development of SOPs and identify process improvements for reliability.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across accounts and departments.
- Weekends and night shifts occur occasionally to meet demands.
