Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team and help ensure our apartment homes are in top condition for our residents.
Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Prepare apartment homes for rent by performing repairs in:
<ul>
<li>HVAC</li>
<li>Electrical</li>
<li>Plumbing</li>
<li>Pool maintenance</li>
<li>Carpentry, drywall, painting</li>
<li>Appliances and building exteriors</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Provide direct support to the Service Supervisor</li>
</ul>
Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities:
<ul>
<li>Willingness to work overtime, on-call shifts, weekends, and holidays</li>
<li>Ability to perform physical tasks including:
<ul>
<li>Lifting/moving up to 50 lbs (individually or with help)</li>
<li>Climbing ladders and stairs</li>
<li>Using hand tools and maintenance equipment</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Comfortable using technology (tablets, phones, computers)</li>
</ul>
