Experienced paralegal needed for a busy law firm. If you thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented and fast-paced environment, our firm may be a good fit for you.
Our mid-sized law firm, located in Ybor City, focuses on helping individuals catastrophically injured and those who have been the victim of insurance bad faith. The ideal candidate will possess superior organizational skills, an ability to work well under pressure, and exceptional oral and written communication skills.
A college degree or paralegal certificate is preferred. An ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience. Experience with personal injury law and/or insurance bad faith is a plus. A qualified candidate will also be proficient in Word, Outlook, and Excel. Knowledge and familiarity with PowerPoint are a plus.
Our office is open 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Friday. In-office work is mandatory at least for the initial training period. Flexible work arrangements may be available down the line, based on the candidate’s level of experience and demonstrated production. Although full-time candidates are preferred, for the right person, we will also consider part-time employment.
