McKenney Home Care is seeking compassionate and dependable CNAs to provide exceptional, one-on-one support to clients throughout Lee and Collier County.

What Youll Do
As a valued member of our home care team, youll help clients live safely and comfortably in their own homes. Typical responsibilities include:
- Assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility support)
- Providing care and companionship to clients, including those withdementia or memory care needs
- Preparing meals and supporting clients with nutrition and hydration
- Offering medication reminders (no administration)
- Performing light housekeeping and laundry
- Observing, documenting, and reporting changes in client health or behavior
Availability
- Friday overnight 8pm-8am and Sunday's 8am-4pm ongoing in Naples 34119. There are no pets, CNA must be experienced with MALE PureWick system and communicate clearly in English.
- Monday-Friday 8am-12pm and again 7:30pm-9:30pm ongoing in Naples. HHA or CNA will encourage exercise routine, follow directed meal plan for dietary restrictions and must be able to communicate clearly in English.
- 4-days for 4 hours a day ongoing in Cape Coral. Caregiver will assist with day-to-day needs.
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9am-3pm ongoing in Naples. Caregiver will assist with day-to-day needs.
- Overnights 10pm-7am ongoing in Naples: REQURIES very experienced female CNA that is able to communicate clearly in English.
Qualifications
- Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
- Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients safely
- Reliable, compassionate, and attentive to detail
- Valid drivers license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- CPR certification (or willingness to complete)
- TB test completed within the last 6 months (or willingness to complete)
- Level 2 background screening (or willingness to complete)
