The Role:
As our Assistant Studio Manager, you're the right-hand to our Studio Manager and the
heartbeat of our studios day-to-day operations. Youll support a high-performing team,
help drive sales, and keep the vibe strongfrom the music and energy to the client
experience.

What Youll Do:

• Assist in leading and managing daily studio operations with excellence
• Support staff scheduling, payroll, training/onboarding, and team communication
• Deliver a five-star client experiencefrom first-timers to loyal members
• Handle front-desk responsibilities including membership sales, check-ins, and studio cleanliness
• Assist with marketing efforts and community outreach to grow our local presence
• Ensure studio is stocked, prepped, and ready for a seamless class flow
• Step in for the Studio Manager as needed to keep everything running smooth
• Assist at the North Naples AND Estero locations

Requirements:

• 1+ year experience in fitness, retail, or hospitality leadership
• Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do mindset
• Availability to work a mix of weekdays, evenings, and weekends
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems- Instagram, Canva, POS system
