The Marketing Greeter is responsible for greeting and checking in customers for the sales presentation at the Welcome Center for In-House and Voyages centers. The Marketing Greeter provides a relaxing atmosphere for the customers before the tour and ensures a smooth introduction with the sales representative.
- Greets and assists in check in of customers to sales representatives in proper rotation.
- Answers customer questions and concerns and provides information on local attractions for potential customers.
- Reviews all tour data for accuracy to ensure sales and marketing reports balance.
- Reviews reports prior to and after the tour check in process
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience required.
- Must be motivated, outgoing, friendly, tactful and well organized.
- Professional appearance and attitude must be maintained.
- Knowledge in computer software is required such as Microsoft®, Excel® and Word® and general computer applications.
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays and extended hours.
- Ability to work at multiple designated local locations on a weekly basis, if needed.
