Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist in beautiful Fort Myers, FL. This position is ideal for experienced SLP-CCC as well as Clinical Fellows (CFs) who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families. The position serves the Fort Myers area and surrounding communities, offering a dynamic and supportive work environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans to address client needs
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning (if applicable)
- Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid Florida state license or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred, but Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passionate about working with diverse populations in a collaborative setting

Compensation: Starting at $45/hr, based on experience.
